What We Do

The Mental Health GPS offers specialized, individualized support to help develop actionable & helpful plans and strategies to address the complexities presented by mental health challenges in their various forms. GPS Navigators are trained peer support specialists, clinical consultants, & family support mentors. They provide direct support by listening compassionately and drawing out the most relevant details, to help guide callers to the options that are best for them..

The GPS provides referral services that help people to access support from a variety of treatment & wellness resources, services, programs, and integrated health and recovery practitioners. We offer flexible support to meet the needs of people navigating mental health challenges with the goal of supporting them on a path to wellness and recovery, toward a life they love to live.

The GPS empowers your decision-making by providing you with a compassionate, informed live navigator to accompany you or your loved one along their chosen path to recovery.

We take an individualized, not an ideological, approach

Active Listening: GPS Navigators actively listen to each person’s story, and don’t make judgements. Our aim is to help people to achieve and sustain higher levels of functioning and fulfilment, and a greater sense of belonging, purpose and hope.

Using technology for social good: INclude uses a database and a call center to engage with our community. We aim to provide access to everyone. Digital technology has transformed how people connect. We use it to improve recovery outcomes by helping to guide you to the treatment, care and support you want.
